Isaiah 6:8b "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, here am I , send me."
There are lots of voices in our world saying many things and we need to be tuned in to the voice of God. We enjoyed a wonderful Minister's meeting which you will find the report in this issue. Then the Lord sent us on a mission trip, therefore we are a few days late in getting this month's Info+ out. Continue to pray for us! Editor

I am available to visit congregations or groups to present needs and discuss WMF, Nigeria or the Philippines. Bro. Stanley J. Rexroth, Secretary
NIGERIA
March 18, 2002: Bro. Henry Marquiss III, Bro. Rube Gayheart & Bro. Stanley Rexroth departed from BWI airport at 6:30 AM for a two week visit to Nigeria. The purpose of the visit was to hold pastor's seminars and visit some of the congregations. Our connecting flight out of Boston was delayed 20 minutes for deicing, however we made up the time to London. But London was experiencing a problem with high winds and our plane was put in a holding pattern for 20 minutes. That meant that our connecting flight to Lagos was already boarding when we landed. We went to the transfer station and the attendant said, "I think you have missed your flight, but let me check". While he checked we prayed and they told him to give us our boarding passes and escort us to our plane. Praise God
We arrived in Lagos on schedule at 5:45 AM (11:45 PM Monday at home, Nigeria is 6 hours ahead of EST) Tuesday and our entire luggage arrived with us safely. Our hosts met us and took us to the local airport where we took a local flight to Port Harcourt. From there we traveled by air-conditioned vehicle to our quarters in Umuahia. On the way we stopped and sent email home saying we had arrived safely. We arrived at our quarters early in the evening, took showers, ate supper and retired for the night.
On Wednesday morning, March 20 we went to see Bro. John Agharanya at his home. We visited with him, some of his family, some of his ministers and some elders. The purpose of our visit was for reconciliation, restoration and setting in order some things. We had a good meeting and some of the elders suggested a follow-up meeting, which was set for Monday, March 25 in Umuahia. We went and checked email, Bro. Gayheart had received one so we knew that our families had received the one we sent on Tuesday. The night was very hot, our power plant went off and we got very little sleep.
On Thursday we divided into two groups. I went with Bro. John to Enugu to settle an account. Bro. Henry & Bro. Rube went to visit some distant congregations. I returned around 2 PM to discover that I was locked out of my apartment and the key was with the driver who had taken the other group. So I spent the afternoon visiting with one of the Elders here and finally being so exhausted I laid on the wall to try and rest. My companions finally arrived around 8 PM and walked right by me lying on the wall not even seeing me. So at 9:15 PM we ate supper, took showers and retired for the night. A Bro. Eze made sure the power plant ran all night and we rested well.

Bro. Henry at Umuahia Seminar
Friday March 22 we had a morning meeting with the pastors we are supporting. Then the Pastor's Seminar began in the afternoon at 4 with Bro. Stanley Rexroth preaching on "Seek Ye First The Kingdom of God". The theme of the seminar was the second coming of Jesus Christ. A time of questions and answers followed the message. Then Bro. Henry Marquiss brought a message on "The Jews Lost The Kingdom", followed by questions and responses. Finally an invitation was given for those who had spiritual or physical needs to come forward for prayer and about 50 or more came forward for prayer. We had supper around 8:30 PM and retired for the night.
Saturday March 23 we had an early morning meeting with the pastors we are supporting at 7. The seminar continued beginning around 10:30 AM with Bro. Rube Gayheart presenting a message on "Daniel, Literal Kingdom - Spiritual Kingdom". There were many questions. In the evening session Bro. Henry preached on "The Last Day".
Sunday March 24 the seminar was suspended for regular worship. The Sunday School lesson was brought by Bro. Christian on "The Holy Spirit Baptism of Cornelius." Pastor Cyriacus preached in the morning on "You Are The Light of The World." In the evening Bro. Johnnie Austin preached on "A Vessel of Honor".
Monday March 25 the seminar continued beginning at 9:00 AM with Bro. Stanley preaching on "Antichrist Is Here." Followed by Bro. Henry preaching on "Revelation, Principals of Interpretation." Question & answer period followed until after 12 noon.
At 1:00 PM a meeting was held with Bro. John, Pastors & Elders with the mission to restore Bro. John. A Sister, who did not know Bro. John or us (She is an Evangelist daughter of a friend of an Elder Newso - a man that I had met in 1992) had come to us yesterday with a revelation from God and she presented it to begin the meeting. Bro. John humbled himself and asked us to pray for him, which we did. There was a wonderful spirit in the meeting and many pastors & elders spoke. Many of them asked forgiveness and extended forgiveness. They agreed to meet again to continue working out their differences.
At 4:00 PM the seminar continued. Bro. Gayheart preached on "the Woman in Revelation chapter 12. Questions followed and then Bro. Stanley Rexroth concluded the seminar by preaching on "Responsibility".
Tuesday March 26 we traveled to Ikot Esia, Oku Iboku, Ito, Akwa Ibom State. We arrived at 1:00 PM and immediately left to visit three congregations of the Church of God, Universal. We returned to Bro. Okon's home around 8 PM, ate supper, took baths and retired for the night. It was very hot at this place (90 - 100 estimate).
Wednesday March 27 we visited a congregation of The Glorious Church of God and three congregations of The Church of God, Universal. It was a long day of much bad road and the final place was quite distant. We returned to Bro. Okon's home after 8:30 PM, ate supper, took baths and went to bed.
Thursday March 28 we went to Iyo a city about 1 hour from Bro. Okon's home to check on email, get copies made and find a place to purchase Bibles. The seminar began at 2 PM with Bro. Stanley Rexroth preaching on "We Be Brethren". The theme of the seminar was "The Oneness of God's People". The session ended at 5 PM which gave us an earlier supper and a longer rest for the night. Roosters crowing and prayer meeting woke us at 4:30 AM.
Friday March 29 the morning session began with prayer at 8:30. Then Bro. Rube Gayheart preached on "Unity In The Early Morning Church". In the afternoon, Bro. Henry Marquiss preached on "Blessed Are The Peacemakers & The Gray Areas". Then Bro. Stanley Rexroth preached on "Forgiveness". All sessions during the entire seminar were followed by summaries in the local language and then question and answer sessions.

Seminar at Bro. Okon's
Saturday March 30 the morning session began with prayer at 8:30. Then Bro. Rube Gayheart preached on "Unity in the Middle Ages & Today". Then Bro. Henry Marquiss preached on "Extending Grace". The seminar ended by 12:30 PM. In the afternoon we went to check email and bought some souvenirs.
Sunday March 31 being Easter we worshipped with Bro. Okon and those that stayed behind from the seminar. Sunday School began at 9 & worship at 10 AM. Bro. Henry Marquiss preached on "The Reversal of The Resurrection". In the afternoon we met with the trustees of The Church of God, Universal and discussed how we can help them. They want us to make regular visits to teach the "solid truth of the Gospel"; stay for 1 to 2 months; help them set up a Christian Worker's Training School; help them train youth, help them train women; and help them with training of husbands and fathers.
Monday April 1 we returned to Umuahia, Abia State to pack for our journey home. We arrived at 12:30 and began our repacking. I took time to recharge the computer and bring this report up to date. In the morning we will go by car to Port Harcourt where we will get a flight to Lagos. Bro. Edet is to meet us there.
Tuesday April 2 we traveled to Port Harcourt and got our tickets. Our plane was to depart at 11:30 AM but it actually left at 1:00 PM. We arrived in Lagos 45 minutes later. Bro. Edet was there to meet us. We packed into one car with luggage on our laps and traveled across Lagos for nearly two hours. Part of the time was consumed by a van hitting us in a congested area with minor damage. We dropped the luggage at Bro. Edet's apartment and then went on to visit a congregation. There we had a worship service, Bro. Henry preached on "The Deeper Life". We returned to Bro. Edet's home around 7:30 PM, took baths and relaxed while supper was being prepared. We ate at 9:30 PM and then I stretched out on the floor, Rube on a chair & Henry on a bed for the night.
Wednesday April 3 we arose at 4:30 AM & prepared to go to the Airport to catch our flight home. We arrived at the airport at 6, checked in at 6:30, got bumped up to "Economy Premium", went to the air conditioned waiting area, ate our breakfast of peanut butter sandwiches & bananas and waited to board the plane. We boarded on schedule and took off for our first leg to London. We arrived in London on schedule and had plenty of time to make our connecting flight to JFK Airport in New York. There we went through customs and cleaned up a little as we had plenty of time before catching our last flight to BWI. We arrived at BWI on schedule at 11:59 PM, met our families and took our ride home.
We thank God for a wonderful, safe and productive trip. Thank you all for your prayers as God really moved in our midst many times.

YOUTH CORNER
UPCOMING EVENTS
Check the Calendar.
Greetings all, it's time to go down to the corner and see what's happening. Well it's March and spring is beginning to pop it's head out. With that comes all sorts of things. It means exams, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, softball and track practice. It means school plays, dances, looking for that perfect summer job, youth group fund raisers (car washes, doughnut sales oh yes!) Retreats and camp is just around the corner. Yes we are all so busy, and these things are mostly pretty good. The problem is Satan can use these things to take away time from God. We all need time to seek the Lord everyday. So as things get busy remember to always put God first and seek Him everyday.
Power verse: Matthew 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
FAMINE OR FEAST?
You may remember in last issue, that the Dunn Loring Community Church of God Youth Group, The D.L. Crew participated in World Vision's 30 hour famine starting on February 22 and ending on the 23. We also had participants from two other congregations that joined the group.
This 30 hour famine is designed to raise money and awareness for hungry and needy people in the United States and around the world.
For every hour that the young people and workers did not eat they were given money by people in their church, school, and community that wanted to help. This money was then given to World Vision, a Christian relief organization and they distribute food and other goods to needy places around the world. During the famine the young people learned what it was like to go without food and to do things like make a shelter and make their own brooms out of string and twigs. We also learned about using what we are given for God. The famine ended at about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday the 23rd with a breakfast to beat all breakfasts prepared by our own Super Chef Sis. Debbie Fletcher, not to mention her excellent assistant Jessica Mial. During this time of fasting the young people prayed for not only the hungry, but for their own needs as well as the church. The Lord blessed the weekend and it closed with an awesome Sunday Morning service. The spirit of the Lord was there and the altars were filled. Many of the young people went up to pray for their needs and deepen their walk with the Lord. We thank the Lord for them all. Although physically we went without food the Lord gave us a feast of His blessings Below are some of the things they had to say about the famine:
"I was able to see what it was like for other people to go without and it helps me to be thankful."
"This wasn't what I expected, it helped me appreciate what I have."
"My friends thought I was crazy to go spend the weekend without food, but I am glad I did it."
Well that is about it for this edition, remember to never give up and to serve the Lord with all you've got!

MINISTER'S MEETING REPORT
March 5-7 2002
Theme: A Renewed Ministry
Tuesday March 5: The meeting began at 7:15 PM with welcome by Bro. Collins, prayer and introductions (40 present). A time of refreshments and fellowship followed.
Wednesday March 6 Morning (68 present): Session 1 (9:46 - 10:24): Bro. Henry Marquiss III gave the kickoff message, "Power From on High", with reference to Luke 24:49, James 4:6 & 10, Phil 3:12, Rev 3:16-19, Job 17:9, Psalms 24:3-4, James 5:16, Psalms 78:72, Prov 16:12-17, Phil 3:15-16, Joshua 1:9, Esther 4:14, 2 Chron 16:9, 1 Cor 9:12-17 & Matt 7:7-11
Bro. Henry preached: The keys to power are humility, honesty, holiness, hold nothing back and hope. The keys must be used at such a time as this, by those with perfect hearts, by those who petition and by those who contend for the prize.
Session 2(10:28 - 11:33): Bro. J. B. Wood preached continuing with "Power From on High", with reference to Matt 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-18, John 14:12, Luke 24:48-49, Acts 1:8, Joshua 1:8, James 1:25, Luke 11:13, 24:52-53, Acts 1:14, 2:1, Eph 6:18, John 20:21-22, Gen 2:7, Rom 8:9, John 3:6 & Acts 2:2, 4:8, 31, 7:55, 11:24, 13:52
Bro. Wood preached: The Great Commission Is Given To The Whole Church through all ages. The commission is to preach the gospel. All God's children are to be involved. The entire world is the field. Every living person is a candidate to hear the gospel. Encouragement is given. What do we need to fulfill the commission? We need the fullness of the spirit, we have to obey the scriptures, we must ask in order to receive, and we must meet the conditions. Do we have peace but no power? We need to make a saving impression. The disciples received a powerful baptism of the Holy Ghost on the Day of Pentecost. The main purpose of this power is to enable us to make a saving impression on the people we minister to. Some of the key elements of this power are private fasting and perseverance in pleading with God.
March 6 Afternoon (73 present): 1:38 - 3:07, Bro. Chris Miller preached on "Prevailing Prayer", reference to 1 Kings 8:52, 2 Chron 6:19, Phil 4:6, 1 John 5:15, Luke 11:10, John 14:13, Dan 9:18, Mark 9:23, James 1:6-7, Rom 8:26-27, Matt 6:9-13, James 4:6, 3, 1 John 3:21-22, Matt 26:39, Psalms 66:18, James 5:16, Prov 28:13, 9, Deut 1:32, Matt 17:20, Mark 10:51, Eph 6:18, Luke 18:1, John 15:7, Luke 18:2-7, Exo 32:32, Matt 18:19, Gen 18:23, 32:24, Exo 32:11-14, Num 14:17-20 & 11 Sam 1:27.
His first point was Biblical Definition of Prevailing Prayer. It is the prayer of supplication that secures an answer. It is making our petitions and getting what we have asked. It is obtaining the petitions that we bring to God. 2nd point was, Why do prayers prevail and God answer? That the Father may be glorified in the Son. God answers prayer because of His mercy, because of His Infinite goodness and never because we deserve or merit it. 3rd, What is our attitude towards prevailing prayer? Do we believe that our prayers can prevail? Do we ask in faith expecting to receive? Is prayer a mere spiritual exercise or duty? Do we believe God wants to and desires to answer prayer? 4th, The spirit of prevailing prayer is one of Christ like humility. It is having the true meaning of prayer. 5th, Definite conditions of prevailing prayer. We must ask according to the Father's will. 6th, Frequent conditions to prevailing prayer. We need unity in prayer with other Christians. 7th, Examples of prayers that prevailed.
March 6 Evening: 8:09 - 9:15 Bro. Bill Neece preached on "Intercession" with reference to Eze 22:17-31, Phil 2:5-11, Isaiah 59:16, 53:12, 1 Peter 3:1-2 Phil 2:3, 7, 8, 9 and Mark 10:45.
He preached: Just because you pray does not mean you are an intercessor. "The great work of God in the future will be in the arena of intercession". Intercessory prayer is the greatest weapon of the church. There is no other weapon that is as accurate or effective. There is no defense against it. Intercessory prayer is a life that you live. Intercession is a position to be gained. Jesus demonstrated the position. Moses demonstrated the position. Three steps to the position of intercession are humility, identification and self-crucifixion.
March 7: Morning message (9:40 - 11:29) (67 in attendance) by Bro. George Sutherland on "Preacher, Save Thyself" with reference to 1 Tim 4:13-16, 1 Cor 9:27, 24-27, Col 3:5, Ro 13:14, 6:11-13, James 3:1-6, Psalm 34:13, 31:13, Pro 10:18, Titus 1:5-9, 1 Tim 4:13, 2 Tim 4:2-3, 1 Tim 6:3-5, Acts 20:25-30, Ro 2:17-24, 1 Thes 2:1-10, 2 Tim 3:10, 2 Thes 3:6-9, Acts 23:1, Heb 13:18, 7, 1 Cor 6:19-20, 2 Tim 2:19-21, & 1 Thes 4:4-7.
He preached: Some things that we must do to save ourselves. 1. We are to practice self-discipline. Constantly maintain a close walk with God. See that your own habits are in all respects correct. If there is anyone that needs to keep themselves above suspicion it is a minister. 2. Preach sound doctrine. We are stewards of the gospel. There are qualifications to meet before God will approve you as a pastor. The gospel must be presented in terms that the people understand. You may lose people because of truth, but never lose truth to gain some people. 3. Practice what you preach. People need to see in our lives the message that we preach. Our public life and our private life are to be consistent. 4. Personal consecration. Spend much time every day in prayer and study with God.
Bro. Darryl Allen (11:37-11:45) gave a presentation on Mid America Bible College, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 300 - 400 students on campus.
Afternoon (57 present): The message was brought by Sis. Sarah Ingram (1:49-3:08) on "Winning Souls" with reference to Pro 11:30, John 15:1-8, Luke 15:7, 10, 1 Cor 1:20 and Acts 17:16-23
She preached: 1. Understanding the Sinner's Position. They are free moral agents. They are in rebellion against God. They are committed to self-gratification. Their enmity against God is voluntary. 2. Wisdom in winning souls one-on-one. A careless sinner seemingly has no thought or cares for religion at all. Timing is crucial. Talk to him when he is not busy, when he is in a good frame of mind, when he is alone, at the earliest opportunity and when you feel love toward him. Manners matter. Be kind, respectful and patient. Be solemn and truthful. Be direct and to the point. Be cautious in your spirit and in your words. Pray with them, if possible. The awakened sinner has ears opened and ready to hear with attention, seriousness and some feeling. Speak with him immediately. Probe his heart. Lead him to repentance if possible. The convicted sinner feels himself condemned by the law of God, as a guilty sinner. He knows of repentance and the law of God. Search to find his particular difficulty. Offer them no compromise or false hopes. Realize the tremendous responsibility. 3. Wisdom is the "Foolishness of Preaching". Awaken the church. Plan your sermons to produce the results and gain the attention. Wisely present the word. The law is a necessary foundation. Personalize the message according to their understanding. Be thorough. Do not spare any sin. Insist on full confession, full repentance and full consecration. 4. Maintain the converts. The church must be alive and working. There must be a mentoring process in place. The converts need to be introduced to things a little as a time in ministries or missions.
Bro. & Sis. Mike & Vickie Spicer were elected to the Minister's Meeting Committee to take the place of Bro. & Sis. Rube & Vivian Gayheart.
Bro. Steve Williams gave a talk on Reformation Publishers.
(7:57 - 9:03) The evening message was by Bro. Harold Kelly on "There Is Hope", with reference to Isaiah 64:1-5 & 63:15.
He preached: God's word tells us there is hope for the souls of men. Our God that worked in time past is able to work in our time. If we are faithful to the Lord there is no telling what God will do. We need God's presence manifested in our midst. Everybody knows that we need God. Our world is getting further and further away from God. The people of God need to be an influence to those we come into contact with. Three things needed for revival are consecration of all believers, the necessity of prayer and an un-compromised message from the Word of God. When Ezekiel preached to a valley of dry bones, God raised up a great army. He can do it still in our day.

Ministers' Meeting March 2002
Evaluations (38 received):
What I Liked: The booklet (8) prepared by Sis. Sarah was very good. It gives everyone a "take home" tool. Overall meeting was very good. Messages/preaching (10) excellent, challenging, outstanding, very timely, addressed needs of the church. Singing. Fellowship (13) & Spirit (9). Food (4) Sugar free desserts (2). The best meeting I have attended. The vision for the church that goes beyond the Church of God, to reach out to every blood washed one. A great meeting with a unifying spirit. All of it. Unity (4). Musicians. The revival format/atmosphere (3). Program, Topic (2), structure, schedule. The willingness to work with people from different places. I appreciate the spirit of freedom to worship. The subject format (2), challenging & uplifting. Staying very focused upon the subject at hand. Limited open discussion, the peacefulness. Everything (3) was great. Topics (3) covered were relevant and properly presented (2). Speakers were well prepared and well mannered, enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, enjoyed outside speakers (Daryl Allen, Steve Williams). Study sessions. I was overwhelmed by the whole experience. The Holy Spirit moved upon us, lunch on the grounds (4). I liked the individual introductions (2) Friday night, like listening to the different ministers - everyone hearing the same things in the sessions, the ministers who spoke each session were wonderful and on target, my heart has been blessed, also like the full schedule, come to learn and grow. The presence of the Lord, the spirit of unity was so real, the speakers were all outstanding, it was good to sit in heavenly places, the lessons/subjects were wonderful & presented well. A very challenging meeting this year, good. Haven't been to a more blessed minister's meeting, loved the message Bro. Neece brought on "Intercession". The location (2) where the meeting was held. Hospitality (2). Each message was delivered with tremendous love for the brethren, evening services camp meeting style. I sincerely liked it all from the Tuesday night get acquainted session until the final amen, the selection of speakers was God ordained and anointed, The theme was much needed. The outpouring of the holy Spirit upon those who fasted, prayed and prepared to minister under His anointing, we were "one accord" in one place and we were shaken, this is a touch of what God has for us. Book store.
What I disliked: The schedule needs to be "more defined" to keep all sessions and speakers more streamlined, speakers need to limit their messages to 45 minutes (2) to give ample time for open discussion (3), speakers dominated 85% of the meeting - not enough time for seeking God and variety discussion, lunch time should be 1 1/2 hours instead of eating and rushing back into sessions. Should have noted on agenda that would be discussion sessions after sermon, ministers seemed to think they had the whole time to preach, should have a break (5). No small group sessions (6), specific times should be set to allow for discussion groups. The length of the sessions (2). Would recommend at least one break-out session with structured mixing such that we get acquainted with some we have not met. Missed the agenda that we received with previous meetings, I know we got one on Tuesday night but did not know what time to be here for the 1st meeting. The services not starting on time. No chance for questions & discussion by everybody. Too much 1st Church in the meeting, women pastors not Biblical, 12 apostles all men, 1 Cor 14:34-35 qualifications for bishop 1 Tim 3:2 "husband of one wife". Got too tired, getting old. Should have pitchers of water with lunch. Need small groups so the shy may be able to talk and express their burdens, need more interaction & love with one another to give younger ministers time to get to know the older brethren. No message Tuesday evening unless the 45 minute talk by Bro. Collins was supposed to be a message, starting 20 minutes late Thursday morning and 10 minutes late in the afternoon.
The Single Most Important Aspect of This Time I would mention to encourage others to attend in the future: Spirit led, Enabling of the ministry so there isn't burnout or get discouraged, How God manifested Himself & dealt with the needs of everyone, If you are having trouble with your walk with God there will be someone here who can inspire you to go on & do better without giving in to Satan, How the brethren are reaching out beyond the hang-ups & gray areas or what people looks like on the outside (clothes), The Spirit of Unity, Got information advertised to all segments of Church of God including Anderson Reformation Witness & independent, The presence of God in the preaching, This has the impact of a mini revival, Biblical emphasis & stress on unity, The opportunity to have our "spiritual batteries" recharged, Spread the word & tell everybody, Subject content was good, Inspiration & revived vision, Encouragement you will gain from being in a meeting, Fellowship with other gospel workers & the opportunity for spiritual growth, Meeting ministers from various locations & fellowship of all the ministers, For unity sake, The presence of the Lord & the sweet fellowship, The learning experience, Unity sweet fellowship & sound doctrine, The challenge to my ministry, Good time of spiritual recharging, Come to be inspired & educated to press on - I left feeling motivated & encouraged that with God's help I could make a difference & be an intercessor, Sharing testimonies, Sharing of concerns in other congregations, Very uplifting encouraging (message) God is Great, Spiritually enriching, Unity & urgency, Getting your soul renewed to go out and share Christ with the lost & dying, Unity love for one another - we reach our hand in fellowship and The anointing of God on the preachers.
My choice of location for the next meeting is: Newark, Ohio (7); Dunn Loring (2), Virginia; Oak Grove, Louisiana; Granite Falls (3), North Carolina; Ohio; New Castle, Indiana (8); Kentucky; Tri-State area.
The Topic of Theme for our next meeting should be: Holy Spirit led; Equipping the church to minister in this age; A serious exploration of the desirability of living out the unity message, the numbers are there, if the Newark brothers would appear in Winchester and in love say "we're back" then the reformation witness boys & the independent ones could present themselves at the Anderson General assembly & say "we're back", there are enough numbers among the Anderson brothers who have not "bowed their knee to Baal" to restore this whole thing to what God originally intended; Supremacy of Christ; How to personally evangelize & still pastor; Discipleship/ disciplining new converts; Forgiveness - the only religion in the world that offers it, 90% of all emotional problems in Christians is guilt or shame needing forgiveness or needing to give forgiveness, it is the heart of the gospel, Islam considers forgiveness to be a weakness; The same as this one; Principle of worship (congregational), Leadership development, church ministry, evangelism Christian education, Spiritual growth; Role of the Holy Spirit in the ministry, promoting mentorship & new people's involvement in the ministry; Continue training on winning souls; Loving God, loving each other; I will make you fishers of men; End times - Revelation; More power from on high, a follow-up on this topic is always in order; How to train the new converts to "hold on" and persevere; Unity, love & totally selling out to God without reserve; History of the Church of God (our heritage); and Ministerial discipline - when? How? By whom?, ordaining of ministers, mentoring of ministers.
Other: Accommodations for free meals, lodging and facility comforts ought to be considered for next ministers meeting. Full worship services, choir, special singing & the brethren all make for encouraging times for those who do not have these ministries at home; Need conference for women's fellowship especially geared to pastor's wives, they are half of the team; I noticed that some folks who arrived late did not have the guide books - perhaps a table with the materials outside or a greeter to hand out the materials as people entered would be good; I prefer having 4 or 5 preaching services a day; Keep future meetings in a similar format - very directed on a specific subject, stay away from open discussion - inevitable it leads to contention, divide the 3 hour sessions between 2 speakers with a break in between; Thank you for this great blessing; Have a meeting or day set aside for Pastor's wives to discuss, encourage & just talk about past experiences either at the minister's meeting of camp meeting; May the Lord bless each of you who labored to make this minister's meeting a success; Would like a list of ministers who attended and their present location; I would like to see more on other types of ministries than pastoring, Ephesians 4 says "he gave some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists and some pastors and teachers", not all pastor, but all minister; The revival & afternoon services were fabulous; More resources need to be available - books, literature, tracts, training materials, Sunday school lessons, etc.; Have meetings Thursday & Friday instead of Wednesday & Thursday; Thanks to those who worked to make this meeting possible, how I value the opportunity to attend this meeting & associate with others who love God & aim to attain to higher heights, thanks to God for blessing us with His presence; Thank you all for all the hard work & hours you always put in for the success of these meetings;
