Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

I have experienced this scripture many times over as God continues to amaze me by the blessings that He pours out. The needs of the missions are great and your giving continues to increase overall. However, the monthly support for the Philippines has declined by over $200.00 per month. Please pray and see if the Lord would use you to help in this area.

Some donations have come in for the self-supporting projects for the Pastors in Nigeria. Thank you for your support. Editor.

We continue a house-to-house evangelism, as this Harmartan Seasons favors free movements of people enough.  The normal church programme during the weekdays was carried out, and teaching on how one should live by faith, and not by facts and praying in order to obtain things from God. I would like to remind this Ministry that Calabar Project is still in Coolers and that of Abala, Umuahia, attended to but up till now no news about Calabar project and the rent is still outstanding.  Please consider.

Therefore, ordering everything, everybody to quit the market both churches, schools and those living inside there to leave the market.  And God is faithful that we can find a land on a good site even an unfinished building, which the owner said it is for sale. Please our problem now is the money to buy the land or the building.  So that our work will be meaningful and encouraging to God and man.  You know that Aba is very competitive in Ministries and Churches, so brethren help us. Dear Brethren,

The church of God World Missionary Fellowship USA is a mission with a vision sent from God. Because this organized the Leadership of the Spirit gathered body. For they agree with the statement of Jesus Christ in Luke 19:13 "Occupy till I come". They came out and moved out as God called them and sent them. They did not "confer" with flesh and blood; rather they were compelled by the "revelation" of Jesus Christ through the spirit. They also hearkened to the spirit of "Go ye into the world", from "Jerusalem, Judea and unto the uttermost parts of the world". So with this vision in mind they set out to occupy for kingdom of Christ’s sake, for Jesus went out conquering and to conquer, having "bound the dragon, with the power of the gospel".

PROBLEMS: There is no organization that will not be confronted with some hardships before they can excel. Through problems, one can learn of the areas of failure and be able to make amends. Many well-known Philanthropic Organizations suffered many series of problems that caused them lots of setback before they were able to be what they are today. From each step of problem or failure, they learnt the way for amendment, by so doing they become stable, having acquired a lot of experiences and having been taught from these experiences, it enabled them to close the loopholes and to go ahead. So the WMF church of God USA is not left out to such experiences.    Therefore, from Bro John c/o Bible Truth and to this child born out of due time, the church of God World Missionary Fellowship Nigeria c/o Bro Christian Ogbuka. WMF USA must have experience a nerve-racking affair, i.e. it has not been easy, and some problems have come under way and have been overcome.

ACHIEVEMENTS: The Church of God World Missionary Fellowship USA has made tremendous success in its effort. Brief outline of its achievements in the church of God World Missionary Fellowship Nig:

This Church as earlier mentioned was born out of due time which is inception fully off on March 27th 2001 till date.

SO WMF USA HAS ACHIEVED THE FOLLOWING:

It was right from August to 3rd Sept. in the year 2000 when the delegates sent from USA came in the persons of Bro. Stanley J. Rexroth, Bro & Sister Wiley & Cynthia Cash that the Ministers in the Church of God came to know that there is ever a stipend sent to them monthly and how much. So from March 27th 2001 the Ministers gathered to share the stipend for the first time in a broad mind and received something tangible.

More Ministers have showed their interest in work with WMFCOG Nigeria. Land has been bought for Abam/Abala Nkamiri. Church building project and a personage for Abam/Abala is under construction and nearing completion. Land have been bought for Umuahia and hope to start a church building is underway. Sponsors have developed a plan for individual business self support for pastors, even though this is to hatch out soon, i.e. a plan in the pipeline.

Apart from the partially existing congregations before and after 2000 & 2001, more Congregations have been established. More areas where the Church of God is located in Nigeria have also received WMF USA presence.

REGISTRATION: The approach to the registration is another wise move by WMFCOG

Last but not the least, there has been Cordial Ministerial relationship between the Pastors here and WMF USA. This approach is nice in all aspect and will serve a greater purpose. Those who do not see the need now, will see it later in the day. My appeal is that this registration be seen as worthy as anything for national and international purpose.

APPRECIATION: We are grateful for this mission outreach the World Missionary Fellowship Church of God USA for their untiring effort in the support of the gospel in Nigeria and beyond. The pastors business self support is well accepted among the pastors.

Happy and a Prosperous New Year to all WMFCOG USA.

My special thanks to those delegates that has at one time or the other taken pains and visited Nigeria despite all odds, more especially bro Stanley Rexroth, Rube Gayheart, Henry Marquiss, and Wiley Cash and all the special donors from USA.

            Yours,

            Christian.,

For and on behalf of the Church of God World Missionary Fellowship Nigeria.

Father & Mother Wood,

Hearty thanks and precious greetings in the Holy and highly exalted name of Jesus. Our hearts are over whelmed with wonderful reports of Fellowship of the Church of God Pastors.

Fe pastors’ meeting is held on Jan 11 at K. M. Nagar. The service activities of Fellowship of The Church are far ranging: Construction of church buildings, training centers, orphanage home and mission house, especially evangelical meetings, cam meetings, pastors meetings, help to the widows & orphans all these and more reasons why the name of Fellowship of the church of God is so well respected as exemplifying the very humble and constructive tin the service for the Lord, Jesus Christ.  This New Year we will recognize Fellowship of the Church of God that expand the ministry & program for destitute, nomads, prisoners and sick with a special interest and care in sharing in their efforts outer & inner man. Especially we cast a glance on the villages, which are around the villages where the Fe Chapels are built & dedicated. We can lead the souls to these churches and to fill the chapels with new souls. We have built the chapels enormously. Now we called our attention to fill these chapels with new souls. This is our burden & goal.

Now I would like to present all our branch churches Pastors’ report about the Fe ministries:

Pastor James: The river meeting is blessed by the message of Pastor Fletcher. We had a night meeting there. One of the villagers attends to the meeting and gave ear to the Word of God. He was a murderer some years back he killed a man in Nellore town and ran out and settles down in River village. His wife is good Christian but he opposed Jesus. That night he was moved by the power of the Word of God. Now he is surrendered to Jesus. He prepared for baptism.

Here in this village some people are affected badly by Tsunami. We started a branch church at another village, Varagali. The two-wheeler is very useful for the ministry. Praise the Lord!

Pastor Joseph, D. V. Palem: From 30 years onwards we were troubled without a permanent church building. Before this we gathered in small huts. We prayed for many years for the permanent church building. Now the Lord answered and blessed us with a beautiful Grace Chapel. We are thankful and grateful to all the saints for this new building, which was dedicated on Dec 5. Praise the Lord!

Pastor Akula, Pinapuram: Pinapuram is a very big village. Most of the people are doing wicked things and false worshippers are giving much trouble to us. In the beginning we faced many difficulties with these people. We have conducted worship meetings in a thatched house dedicated by the visiting missionary team February 2004. The foundation is now laid for a permanent building. 25 new souls gathered for every Sunday in December.

            Your Humble Servant,

Father and Mother Jennings B and Gail wood and all the saints of W.M.F,

Precious greetings and hearty thanks in the most Holy and Highly blessed name of Jesus. My heart is filled with joy to present the marvelous report of Fellowship of the Church of God, pastors conference and evangelical meetings

On Feb 9th at 1:00 am the noble missionaries Rev. Dr. Edward. N. Beck , Rev. Willy Cash and Brother Brain Bridges were landed in India at Chennai and the same  evening at 7:00p.m we celebrated Levi Newton ‘s church  1st anniversary in their precious presence under the leader ship Of the God of Holy Spirit.

Before pastor Beck preached pastor Bobby had given the good report  of the church. Now nearly 45-50 souls are gathering for Sunday service, Wednesday Bible study, and for Saturday fasting service.

On 2004Feb 8th 10 new souls were saved by the Lord, was Baptized by pastor Beck and on 2004 Dec 5th out of 24 people 5 souls belonging to Levy Newton’s church were baptized by pastor Allen Fletcher, pastor Gary Williams and pastor Hoyt Runion. After the church constructed at Edhur the lord’s ministry extended into many houses. Sunday school’s, youth meetings, fasting prayers, sister’s fellowship and cottage meetings are conducted every week. For all these wonderful works we are praising the lord Jesus Christ and we are thankful and grateful to brother Levy Newton, father Wood, mother wood and all the saints.

Pastor Solomon faithfully pastoring in the church. Who has requested to pray for P.A system and  for other urgent needs. The elder of the church, Narranna taking care of church activities

In these festive movements pastor Beck preached the word of god about the wonderful miracle, of a lame man healed (Acts 3:1-10) he shared thoughts from these passage. Finally pastor Beck declared in all miracles “Changing of the heart is wonderful miracle” When Jesus lives in our hearts we all are one in Jesus there is no caste, race, color and status. Then only our hearts will be beautiful.

Next day from, 10 -12 Feb we had conducted pastors meetings twice in a day and on the same day in the evenings evangelical meetings were also conducted .In pastors conference the pastors were taught by the topic “DICIPLESHIP” The main theme was how to make disciples. We learned from these lessons about humbleness in the discipleship It realized us to be humble to make disciples, so that the disciples may humble to god and also we learned more about to be holy in god (sanctification).    Next day on 11th Feb morning session we were much blessed by the word of “The Sower And the seeds”. the main theme was about the Sower which represents us, SOIL represents to the heart and seed represents to the word of god. We were much encouraged about the soil, which, was shared with us, many pastors were overwhelmed and got encouraged in their hearts by the wonderful thoughts of Rev. Beck. Many questions were raised on this topic which they had earlier itself and were cleared by pastor Beck message, by this Day-by-day all the pastors got the zeal for the meetings and as the word of god spread like anything which make the gatherings of the pastors to be more and which was blessed in such a way that it was never heard before. From this message all the pastors who attended the meeting came to know that How to sow? Where to sow? And how to be fruitful.

In another session the topic was about ”PREACHING AND SERMON DEVELOPMENT” through this Many pastors got the knowledge of the, art of preaching and the way of sermon which was very much useful in the pastoring, through these lessons many pastors tried to justify the way of preaching and realized the differentiation between the false preaching’s.

IN the beginning we started the pastors conference with 70-80 members but as for as our imaginations it was Irony, that day-by-day the meditations on the spiritual life was fertile ,so that the congregation was also increased .On the other hand, our poor arrangements cannot meet and satisfy the increased congregation .so we came to face the problems like seating arrangements, pendals, lodging and especially feeding arrangements. As the attendance of the pastors increased we had to supply every kind of arrangements to 400-500 members. Here every kind of pastors attended, like who had full knowledge of scriptures and also who did not had. So it was must and should for us to come forth and guide them in the light of church of god, which is our main motto.

IN our past studies and meditations it proved us very much difficult to understand the mysteries in the book of  Daniel and Revelation. IN our pastors experience there were days where they attended the meetings on the preaching’s of Daniel and Revelation. But by the grace of god we got wonderful opportunity to acknowledge the mysteries under the attic of the church of god through Bro. Beck. Through the pastors conference many pastors and saints were well progressed to posses the knowledge of the scriptures, at the same time in evenings the gospel was also preached to poor by the noble missionaries.

WE had conducted evangelical meetings in the villages where our ministry of church of god is established. It helped us to evangelize to every ungodly men and to lead new souls into our branch churches of fellowship of the church of god.

By the grace of god it was possible to inheritance new souls to god through the missionaries pastor Wiley Cash and pastor Brain Bridges. The message of salvation which was delivered by them enlighten the hearts of the people to accept Jesus as their personal savior In one of those messages which was delivered by Wiley cash about healings of paralyzed man and also some of the messages confessed the many hearts. Likely Bro Brain Bridges share his wonderful thoughts from the parables like living water-Samaritan women, prodigal son. Especially, one of the evangelical meeting in a remote river village, where we had to sail by a boat, in spite of perils we reached the destiny.  It was quite excited return journey in the mid-night under the twinkling stars on the deep waters while the rest were in deep sleep. It’s not a mean thing to travel by Air-Ways, Road-ways and Sea ways to fulfill the commandment of God “GO YE INTO ALL THE WORLD, AND PREACH THE GOSPEL TO EVERY CREATURE.”

We praise God for their great consecration, which is greater than our service.

CEREMONY OF DEDICATION

Some Dedication Pictures

The mission work which is going under the leadership of Father and Mother Wood is not only limited to preaching and teaching but also there stood their loving kindness and continuous supporting help where we are able to construct and dedicate the church buildings.

Earlier, during their missionary trip in December the noble mission team dedicated GRACE Chapel, HOLY Chapel and sister Shelly’s Edward Chapel Now this time HOPE and MERCY Chapel were dedicated by Dr. Beck and by Rev. Wiley Cash. During the mercy chapel dedication Dr Beck preached the blessed message about five loaves and two fish where the God fed to five thousand men and gathered the twelve full baskets with fragments .He expelled the underneath blessings which made us to realize that the twelve baskets were gathered because of submitting the one basket to the God. By the message we came to know the secret of blessing lies in giving to God.

After the dedication, in evening we conducted the Baptisms to nine new souls. These were the fruitfull out comings during this entire mission.

Lastly while returning back to home we had a wonderful service in the temple city with our co-pastor Martin and at Nellore with our pastor Premnath, where the ministries of the Fellowship of Church of God spread. For all the above we glorify and magnify the Jesus name and also we are thankful to our Father and Mother Wood, also to all the saints of COMMUNITY CHURCH OF GOD Dunn Loring and to the W.M.F. for sending great missionaries to India for the great task

MERCY CHAPEL REPORT BY PASTOR K.MESSAIAH

In his own words ….it was a great privilege to dedicate the Mercy Chapel by noble missionaries. As we were searching the place for the construction in that village we had to face many problems like persecutions, opposings and restrictions of the villagers, In the midst of all these we are able to over come the problems by your Holy prayers, and the loving support through Father and Mother Wood also with a many efforts of our chairman Bobby. Taking into financial account we thought to build a small Chapel but by the Grace of God our chairman Bobby came forth to construct a big building which includes the width 18ft and length 30ft.

ALL THE GLORY TO BE GOD

AMEN

YOUTH CORNER

See Calendar for Upcoming Events

It is that time again to see what is going on in the youth corner. You know at this time of year, there is one word that kind of surrounds this month of February. Can you guess what it is? I’ll give you a hint, it’s not groundhog. Have you guessed it yet? Go ahead, phone a friend if you have to, I’ll wait. . . . . . . . . .

Okay, I need your final answer. The word is LOVE

Many of the world is focusing on love, well what they think is love. You know so many people have a really weird idea of love. Some people throw that word around like it means nothing. I knew a young lady who “loved” everything. She loved her new purse, she loved your new hairstyle, she loved her shoes, she loved her parents and she loved the Lord, but she used the word so much, that I think she forgot what it meant. She would even say, that she just loved something to death. That is a really strong statement. To love something so much that you would be willing to die for it, that is a bold statement. It really makes me realize what Christ did for us on the cross. He really loved us to death. What a sobering thought, He died for us.

Power Verse: 1 John 4:10 “ Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.”

Power Surge:1 Corinthians 13

If you have anything your youth group is doing to spread the love of God, please let me know so we can put it in the corner.

Well that’s about it, for now, take care and remember to serve the Lord with all you got!
