2 Corinthians 9:7-9 7Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 8And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: 9(As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
In this season of giving remember that your Lord is looking for cheerful givers. The needs are great and we are not able to meet them all, however, we can give a little and pray a lot. Pray much for Bro. Luzan, his family and churches as he turns the leadership over to the next generation. Editor

Therefore Omoba brethren are still appealing to WMF brethren to speed up and pay for the land we have located. The owner of the land is now inquiring how long he will continue to wait for us please brethren may we know when our dreams shall come true, so as to know what to answer the landowners. Dear Bro. & Sis. Rexroth,
Christian greetings to you both and to all the members of WMF and in Cumberland Valley Church of God saints,
We have just come through many storms in Northern Luzon that destroys many houses, lives & many products to be harvested. This means life be more harder in addition to the high cost of education & basic commodities. Here also in Southern Mindanao continuous attack of terrorist in some cities & municipalities. Planted time bomb in crowded places that many died and hospitalized. This causes crime and policemen to be alert putting check points in the highways seeking time bomb to all vehicles that passes by. Nevertheless this is not new to us for we know this are just the fulfillment of the prophecy and the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. Thank you for the August offering with the building fund for Antipolo that was deposited August and just withdraw yesterday & distributed to the coworkers, only the September offering is not yet in.
Brother I want to inform your good office that I temporarily transfer already the responsibility to Sis. Noemi Esteban as the new National Overseer. So when you receive & respond just send your letter to her. I suggest that our monthly mission support will be send to our National Conference treasurer, Sis. Juvy Luzan. Lord willing, tomorrow I’ll be going to my personal attorney to make the necessary papers for the new National Overseer.
Before closing, thank you for your prayers for my healing for I was hospitalized 10 days in Davao due to the tumor in my bladder. It seems no more hope for me and no money for my hospitalization. But thank God He marvelously supplied the needs. All my children came to Davao and now I’m resting waiting for my check-up after 10 days. Please pray for me that if I can still do something to assist my daughter He’ll lengthen yet my life but if not, for me heaven is sounding sweeter all the time.
Extending now my love & regards to all the members of the WMF and churches saints who are standing at our back for the establishment of the mission in the Far East. We love you. Keep me in the bottom of your heart, please.
In God’s Cause,
Bro. & Sis. D. B. Luzan Jr.

Dear Bro. Stanley & Sis. Martha,
Has already enchased the check you've sent for the Antipolo project. Thanks for the unique, sacrificial gift you offered to God for the Philippine labor. A belated wonderful and blessed Wedding Anniversary to you.
With the leading of Bro. Sam (now destined pastor in Antipolo), the construction of the needed chapel improvements is continued this week. It's good timing also as its one week school vacation. I'll be sending the specification of the expenses when the report of Sis. Juvy about the workers' offering arrives probably next week when no longer holiday and be given consideration to be enchased by the bank. So, it will be only one e-mail.
About Bro. Luzan, he is returned to the hospital and still there now till I don't know by God's mercy, as after few days of being sent home and one session chemotherapy he's back to his severe bleeding condition, difficulty of breathing & other complications. My prayer is for the Lord to help & provide the financial for his rising hospital bill.
Next mail again, God Bless!
Your servant in Phil. Mission,

Dear Info Editor and Saints,
Deep thanks for the two months aid sent for Phil. Labor. Just encashed and distributed to the ministry.
Thanks also for continuously praying for my father. After His October surgery and a week at home, he was rushed back to the hospital for further treatment and confinement due to complications and worst pain. He asked to be brought home and stay out-patient knowing his bloated hospital bills (2 confinements) that reached about P277, 000.00 ($5, 618.66) already discounted and except outside medicines. Our present prayer requests: God will meet his financial accounts and if he wills, heal him completely so no often hospitalization that is so costly in Philippines. But if wants him already to pass, may in painless way. Thanks in advance for the concern.
In our semester break, the churches held different activities they perceive to be the urgent need of the local- revivals, joint fellowships, doctrines review, harvest festival and others. May God follow up the new converts. God willing, this November 30 to December 3 we’ll be in Nueva Ecija for the revival and doctrination. Please include in your prayers.
In the letter sent to you, foreign supporters by my father endorsing me with my Bro. Wesly to take his post as incharge of the Phil. Labor. I do not have a copy yet. If the Lord really wills, after our December church events, we’ll do unexpected visit of all churches to have a concrete view of the work and used as basis of future development plan.
Together with this e-mail, our submitted monthly financial report to the editor.
In Philippine Labor,
Sis Noemi for Bro. D.B Luzan Jr.

Dear Pastor Glenn Dryden and all the saints of Community church of God,
So many thanks for your prayers to restore our lives form the cyclone. Again most humbly I request to continue to pray for us. Heavy rains remain great havoc in Nellore; T. P. Gudur areas. Several districts are badly affected by the
present cyclone. The name is given to the cyclone "Fire". Paddy and aqua farmers suffered extensive losses due to the cyclone in the coastal region.
Overflowing drain forces people to vacate houses in several villages. Surging flood waters have submerged 29 villages in the neighbor district of Nellore. In T. P. Gudur several villages are cut off from other areas. Due to overflowing creek forces, all the boats are cast anchors by this we lost contacts with our saints in River villages. Our pastors could not conducted last Sunday meeting in these villages. At the village of Pinapuram the Bachking Ham canal is overflowing its banks so we have also lost contacts with our people in that village.
The continuous rains disturbed so much to the common men lives, there is a heavy water logging in the roads due to the continuous downpour for the past few days in Nellore and T. P. Gudur. Our
saints and few pastors are troubled like anything by this cyclone. Two of the pastors and families affected very much. Heavy rains and winds damage their huts. For now temporarily they are sheltered in Herald Taylor English medium school. To day on 4th Nov the blazing sun is appeared in the sky for few hours but the weather reports said there is another cyclone may raised in the Bay of Bengal.
Most humbly I requested please continue to pray for the good climate and relief.
Your humble servant, Bobby,
Fellowship of the church of God.

REVIVAL REPORTS
We were privileged to attend revival at the Church of God in Portage, PA on October 30. Evangelist Bro. Steve Rauch preached “Building A Wall of Hope” from Nehemiah 1. The church today needs to provide a wall of hope. The people of our time will not find hope in sports or in entertainment but in the church. We, the church, need to remove the rubbish of religion and confess our wicked ways.
We were privileged to attend revival at Robinwood Church of God in Hagerstown, MD on November 2 & 3. Evangelist Bro. Tony Bartlette preached “Get Up – Get Out – Get Loose” from John 11 on Thursday evening. This is the time for God’s people to get up, get out & get loosed. Death is stalking us. The devil is looking for your weak areas.
Friday evening he preached “What Will it Take” from Matthew 11. For some it does not take much to turn away from God. Being touched by God is not being right with God. What happens when Jesus does not come through for us?
